Organization Manager/Project Engineer (WMS3)

• Lead and manage a field office delivering design and construction projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Oversee design approvals, construction contract administration, project reporting, and contractor payments to ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with internal staff, external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project delivery and resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement project communication and outreach strategies with region management and communications teams
• Coach and mentor staff by promoting professional growth, employee engagement, safety, diversity, and a balanced workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, labor laws, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and training or licensing requirements for staff
• Evaluate staff performance, set goals, and implement strategies to optimize resources and enhance project delivery outcomes
• Support emergency operations by assessing infrastructure, restoring command and control, coordinating resources, and ensuring public safety
