Chief of Staff

The Director of Strategic Program Management is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive methods to direct the execution of multiple and interrelated programs and top initiatives required for the achievement of the strategic vision for the People and Culture team.

• Partners with the CPO to lead and execute critical projects and stakeholder touchpoints
• Serves as an active business partner with the team of executives reporting to the CPO
• Manages executive agendas and calendars
• Identifies and responds to issues and risks
• Represents the CPO in select meetings

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• 7 years of experience in functional area
