Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Salinas, CA | 2025-2026 School Year

Join a Leading School-Based BCBA Team in California Soliant Education is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an exciting full-time contract opportunity in the Salinas, CA area for the 2025–2026 school year. • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with general education and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents
• Track and analyze student behavior data to adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for behavioral goals and supports
• Provide training and coaching for school staff in evidence-based behavior management techniques
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or paraprofessionals as needed

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – required
• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior modification, and data-driven interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
