Senior Backend Engineer (GoLang) - AdTech & Real-Time Systems - Hybrid

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications

• Lead technical discovery and solution design
• Apply deep, hands-on expertise in one or more major cloud platforms
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages and platforms
• Assume ownership for delivering end-to-end solutions
• Serve as a technical thought leader in 'buy vs. build vs. broker' evaluations

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience coding in Golang, Rust, Node.js, Python or Scala
• 2+ years of experience with microservices, Kubernetes, or EKS (AWS or OCI)
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise cloud services
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using data platforms
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
