About the role
The Sr Manager, Lead Architect role is a leadership role responsible for technical and people leadership. This individual will lead a global team of solution and application architects which enable UDX business and guest experience global solutions across multiple value streams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of solution and application architects
- Ensure strategic themes and enterprise architecture design patterns are followed
- Design specific solutions providing subject matter expertise and guidance
- Partner closely with individual architects and senior leaders
- Provide metrics and KPIs on architectural design work
Requirements
- 9+ years in technology delivery and implementation
- 9+ years' experience in global/large scale/enterprise solution architecture and platform development
- Proven experience in front-end and back-end integration design
- Experience in executive communication and collaboration
- Experience in stakeholder and partner communication
- Proven experience with architecture design patterns using NoSQL and SQL databases
- Experience with the software development lifecycle
