About the role
The Deputy Director - Construction & Facilities Management Office is responsible for providing vision and leadership as the CFMO Director's primary advisor and planner
Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing federal and state staffing issues within CFMO
- Oversight of the division's Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP)
- Oversight of CFMO's day-to-day functions
- Oversight of CFMO's operating budget (federal and state)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, construction management, engineering, environmental science, real estate/property management, or related field
- Ten years of mid to senior level management experience managing construction, environmental, real estate, budget, or facilities
