DSHS ESH Custodian 3 - Supervisor

• Supervise a crew of custodians
• Provide training in general custodial duties and heavy equipment operation
• Maintain floors, carpets, and upholstery
• Perform safety checks and report issues
• Assist with coordinating ward moves and office moves

• One to two years of experience in housekeeping, janitorial, custodial work, and general or building maintenance
• Lead experience
