Account Executive: Student Worker Opportunities

As an Account Manager Student Worker, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
• Develop an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts.
• Orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts.
• Share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
• Develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role.
• Fluency in English (written & verbal)
• Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft tools and services, Fluency in German (written & verbal)
