School Counselor

Soliant is working with a school district near Raytown, MO and is seeking a School Counselor to provide counseling services and support for students. The School Counselor will work closely with educators and families to assess student needs, and promote mental health within the school environment. Specific caseload details will be provided during the interview process.

• Lead individual and group counseling sessions
• Will be responsible for academic advising and career planning
• Will provide social-emotional support through individual or group counseling to help students develop skills, manage crises, and achieve their goals

• Pupil Personnel Services credential in School Counseling
• Masters degree in School Counseling
• Experience working with students with social/emotional disabilities and/or multiple disabilities preferred
