School Behavior Specialist

A full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist to support K-12 students within an ASD program in Framingham, MA. This role requires direct, onsite involvement working with students on the autism spectrum, focusing on behavioral interventions and support.

• Implement behavior intervention plans for K-12 students with ASD
• Collaborate with educational staff to develop strategies that maximize student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans accordingly
• Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to student behavior and interventions
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

• Active Behavior Specialist certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in Massachusetts
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum and managing behavioral challenges in a school setting
• School-based experience is essential
