Financial Services Manager

The Financial Services Manager reports to the Operations Division Director and manages the financial services program of the Operations Division

• Organizes and oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual Office-wide accounting and payroll reports
• Reviews financial services records, deliverables, and processes to ensure conformity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Monitors payroll and accounting system performance
• Leverages customer feedback to assess financial services processes and adjusts processes through deliberate change management

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Four years of progressive professional experience in accounting, payroll, or financial operations
• Eight years of experience in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
