Med-Surg Nurse (RN)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and monitor patient health status on medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following established protocols.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize telemetry equipment to observe cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions thoroughly and accurately.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing units.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
