PACU Nurse

Provide intensive observation and treatment of patients who have undergone anesthesia, monitor levels of consciousness to ensure sedation is wearing off properly and safely, offer a calming presence as you are most likely the first person the patients see post op, answer questions and convey important information to patients and family members or caregivers

• Provide intensive observation and treatment of patients who have undergone anesthesia
• Monitor levels of consciousness to ensure sedation is wearing off properly and safely
• Offer a calming presence as you are most likely the first person the patients see post op
• Answer questions and convey important information to patients and family members or caregivers

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred
