Supplier Operations Manager, Infrastructure Services

The Supplier Operations Manager will lead a team of Supplier Operations analysts while working closely with other key cross-functional teams within Corporate Procurement, Material Planning, Logistics, Asset Management, and Finance to develop the strategic direction, goals, objectives and key measurement systems to ensure the business goals are met.

• Oversee and drive the implementation of technologies to improve supplier operations tools.
• Work cross functionally with managers to review requirements, schedules and analysis to ensure objectives are met for delivery of data center hardware and commodities.
• Accountable to provide the team’s strategy and direction; providing guidance and mentorship to achieve individual self-development goals.
• Oversee and drive the implementation of technologies to improve efficiencies.
• Work closely with finance, purchasing, asset management, approvers, and vendors to ensure orders move quickly through all phases.
• Propose strategies on how to improve the vendor experience as well as internal databases and the delivery of infrastructure requirements.
• Lead the collaborative ownership, definition and creation of the entire suite of reporting for operations requirements; which will drive actionable insights on ordering and deployment.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years experience in a leadership capacity from vendor operations, data center supply chain or program management.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel(e.g., PivotTable creation, V-Lookups, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, array formulas etc.)
