• Work alongside the Commercial & Contracts Lead to shape the strategic approach to commercial contract management in US Public Sector.
• Manage contracts and contractual processes to meet contractual obligations of the customer.
• Ensure contract management is compliant with internal processes, and gain business support for new practices to be implemented.
• Review and analyze RFPs and RFIs from US Public Sector organizations for contractual and legal terms to help guide proposal response.
• Support and lead commercial negotiations including work order, SOW, and contract variation approvals.
• Work with PMO, procurement, legal and finance functions to ensure new suppliers, partners, and customer opportunities are smoothly transitioned into the program.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and then provide contractual oversight in the resulting delivery program.
• Ongoing obligations management for complex, multi-year public sector contracts, including nonstandard contract terms.
• Facilitate change management complex delivery programs in partnership with delivery leadership.
• Support the Client Delivery Partner and Program Directors by providing them with all necessary contractual obligations and insights to effectively deliver program outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 3+ years experience in project management
• OR equivalent experience
• Extensive experience managing contracts and related documents at a large-scale corporation, law firm, or government entity
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 8+ years experience in project management
• OR equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• 4+ years financial management experience
• A history working in a complex cross-functional business environment
• Track record of building internal and external business and supplier relationships at all levels
• Regular interaction with senior stakeholders, internally and externally, within an enterprise scale organization
• Consulting experience or MBA qualification (Preferable)
• Experience working in the US state and local government sector
