Compliance Consultant III, Human Resources (Hybrid) at Kaiser Permanente
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and executing HR policy, practices, programs, and initiatives
- Assisting with the implementation of tools, systems, and programs
- Providing project plans, policy guidance, and consultation on HR compliance specialties
- Conducting HR compliance regulatory and internal employment audits and investigations
- Identifying action steps for resolution or providing input on corrective action plans
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years progressive HR experience
- Minimum two (2) years of HR compliance, health care operations compliance (e.g., quality, risk, employee labor relations, etc.), and/or auditing experience
- Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business or related field
