The CMOP Coordinator is to be the point of contact between the CMOP facilities, McKesson, and their assigned Account Executive. Compensation: Target salary for this role is between $28 and $29 an hour. Key Responsibilities Review daily reports to identify and resolve product discrepancies. Manage requests for usage adjustments and order changes from start to finish, ensuring accurate updates and timely fulfillment. Coordinate with vendors to facilitate product shipments and resolve supply chain issues. Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure proactive communication. Oversee inventory accuracy, including corrections, returns, and adjustments. Address pricing concerns and support contract-related follow-up. Maintain system access and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices and supporting operational standards. Provide customer support for specialized programs and emergency orders. Deliver training on new technologies and integrate updated reporting standards. Minimum Requirement Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Education Bachelor’s Degree or a related field is desired, or equivalent work experience in a related field. Critical Skills Workflow experience (Smartsheet, SAP, McKesson Connect, CRM and Inventory Tools) Internal stakeholder customer focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relationship building Problem-solving and decision-making skills Critical thinker with a focus on continuous improvement Additional Knowledge & Skills Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion Trust and collaboration Strong process improvement and project management skills Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio) Environment and Physical Requirements Traditional office requirements. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
