About the role

This is a key strategic role responsible for supporting performance and profitability on the Aetna pharmacy team

Responsibilities

  • Expand and maintain KPI metrics dashboards
  • Exhibit innovative use of resources
  • Create succinct executive-level presentations
  • Leverage various internal and external data sources
  • Apply project management/organizational skills
  • Develop strategic relationships with Aetna LOBs
  • Develop creative technical solutions
  • Manage the strategic relationship between Aetna and Caremark
  • Optimize data collation and interpretation
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or other data-driven roles within a healthcare environment
  • Experience in SAS, SQL, GCP
  • Ability to think creatively and use multiple data sources
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with experts from other teams
