About the role
This is a key strategic role responsible for supporting performance and profitability on the Aetna pharmacy team
Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain KPI metrics dashboards
- Exhibit innovative use of resources
- Create succinct executive-level presentations
- Leverage various internal and external data sources
- Apply project management/organizational skills
- Develop strategic relationships with Aetna LOBs
- Develop creative technical solutions
- Manage the strategic relationship between Aetna and Caremark
- Optimize data collation and interpretation
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or other data-driven roles within a healthcare environment
- Experience in SAS, SQL, GCP
- Ability to think creatively and use multiple data sources
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate with experts from other teams
