Responsibilities
- Train new and existing staff
- Create detailed program specific procedures and training tools
- Maintain and update training manuals per policy and system changes
- Assign work and ensure unit work goals are maintained
- Review and assess provider applications for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established unit policy, procedure, state laws and regulations
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- Ability to key 40+ words per minute
- Equivalent education/work experience in healthcare credentialing can be substituted year-for-year for education
