Business Analytics Associate

Developing delivering valuable, customized recommendations that influence our sales leaders' goals while ensuring alignment with our advertisers and maintaining marketplace health.

• Anticipate business problems and leverage relevant data to address organizational needs.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and gaps.
• Select and apply appropriate analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel) to conduct analyses and generate actionable insights.
• Evaluate assumptions and provide feedback on analytical frameworks.
• Develop and deliver presentations using dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Identify key variables and data types for evaluation, incorporating risk considerations.
• Analyze results, report findings, and connect insights to broader business initiatives.
• Expand expertise in data sources, analytical methodologies, tools, and reporting processes.
• Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability, including automation opportunities for reporting and analysis.

• Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
• OR equivalent experience
