Strategy Consultant VI, Consumer Experience

The Strategic Consultant VI of Consumer Journeys will report to a Consumer Experience Journeys Senior Director and be responsible for launching one to two end-to-end journey teams in support of the National Consumer Experience strategy

• Provides expert consultation on strategy development
• Designs and implements consumer-focused strategies and initiatives
• Analyzes and interprets market data
• Facilitates process improvement efforts
• Effectively manages projects and programs
• Contributes to the development and execution of business strategy

• Three-(3)-years-of-experience-working-in-a-large-matrixed-organization
• Three-(3)-years-of-Health-Care-experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly related field
