Senior Instructional Designer

The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, learner-centered training solutions that align with business priorities. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.

• Design, develop, and implement innovative, learner-centered training solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and performance consulting to identify learning gaps
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences
• Develop and maintain learning materials, paths, and course frameworks
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to ensure clarity, usability, engagement, and business impact
• Support change management and communication strategies through learning
• Stay current with instructional design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Experience designing for diverse audiences and delivery formats
• Experience with eLearning development tools and Learning Management Systems
