About the role
The Registered Nurse 3 will oversee the delivery of health care services to youth in a secure juvenile rehabilitation setting. This position provides advanced clinical nursing care, supervises nursing and allied health staff, and ensures compliance with professional, legal, and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure health assessments, physical exams, and immunizations are completed within required timelines.
- Oversee medication administration processes, including controlled substances.
- Monitor infection control, chronic disease programs, and outbreak response.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing AND a valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Three (3) years of professional nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
