About the role

The Registered Nurse 3 will oversee the delivery of health care services to youth in a secure juvenile rehabilitation setting. This position provides advanced clinical nursing care, supervises nursing and allied health staff, and ensures compliance with professional, legal, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health assessments, physical exams, and immunizations are completed within required timelines.
  • Oversee medication administration processes, including controlled substances.
  • Monitor infection control, chronic disease programs, and outbreak response.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing AND a valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • Three (3) years of professional nursing experience, including supervisory experience.
