About the role
The Campus Business Operations Specialist (Program Specialist 3) position serves as the Campus Facilities Coordinator, managing and coordinating the occupancy and service needs of facilities and grounds throughout the Campus.
Responsibilities
- Manages all State Park special activity and lodging permitting for Campus facilities and grounds
- Provides specialized consultation to special event planners and guests
- Coordinates the scheduling of annual maintenance, inspections, and system testing for Campus buildings
- Monitors measurable outcomes and party obligations as defined by lease and other agreements
- Facilitates and coordinates the Stewardship Group and Operations Work Group
Requirements
- Six (6) years of experience in customer service, coordinating volunteers, and/or interpreting and applying policies and procedures
- A bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in customer service, coordinating volunteers, and/or interpreting and applying policies and procedures
- A combination of education and experience in customer service, coordinating volunteers, and/or interpreting and applying policies and procedures that equals up to a total of six (6) years
