Manager, Agency Sales & Promotion

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the strategic execution and promotion of our agency sales promotion and communications.

• Plan, initiate, and execute a variety of agency events
• Organize and manage the internal clubs and awards
• Develop and prepare marketing and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the reporting team on campaign progress
• Manage agency social media platforms
• Maintain close communication with external vendors
• Supervise the team and manage with ad hoc projects as needed

• Degree holder, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in agency distribution or a related field
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a robust creative mindset
• Excellent coordination, project management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
