Paraeducator

An opportunity is available for a dedicated paraprofessional to support an elementary school setting in Windham, NH. This role focuses on assisting educators in providing a productive and nurturing learning environment for young students, contributing to their academic and social development.

• Assist teachers in classroom management and preparation of instructional materials
• Support individual and small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to educators
• Facilitate a safe and positive learning atmosphere in accordance with school policies
• Help in adapting lessons and activities to meet diverse student needs

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in an elementary school setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and staff
• Ability to follow instructional plans and support diverse learning needs
• Patience, flexibility, and a collaborative attitude
• Understanding of age-appropriate educational practices
