Senior Underwriter, WorldRisk, Foreign Casualty

• Underwrite a range of new and renewal business
• Communicate risk appetite and value proposition to brokers and clients
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients
• Expand broker network, attend broker events, and build new relationships across the market
• Set a high standard of customer service to brokers and clients
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to less-experienced underwriters

• Exposure and/or working knowledge of Property, Casualty or preferable ancillary lines of business
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship building skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer and Sales orientated behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable
