Responsibilities
- Meeting/Exceeding production target by Line of Business established by upper management
- Ensure all reports requested by upper management are submitted timely
- Ensure campaign management is carried out effectively
- Ensure all communications & directions of the company, profit center & service center are communicated clearly, effectively & timely
Requirements
- Ability to teach others shared skills and objectives
- Communicate effectively one-on-one and in group sessions
- Plans and organizes time to meet deadlines and accomplish goals
- Identifies, evaluates and generates effective solutions to problems in the market
- Expresses ideas in writing in a complete and thorough manner
- Willing to work in Agencies in all phases of the Agency Development Process
- Possesses interpersonal skills which create a positive working environment
- Interacts with Agencies on all levels of the business utilizing consultant techniques
- Works well with all Profit Centers
