Claims Management Analyst - TPA Oversight

• Analyze and process first party property damage claims
• Ensure proactive claims handling
• Identify and evaluate coverage issues
• Prepare comprehensive coverage letters
• Assess exposure and resolve claim
• Coordinate vendor referrals
• Calculate and assign reserves
• Monitor reserve accuracy
• Refer case as appropriate
• Respond to requests or directions
• Attend arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials

• 4 plus years of Property claims experience
• Experience with complex and high exposure Property damage and Business Interruption claims
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced experience and capabilities in litigation claims management
• Strong technical expertise interpreting insurance contracts
• In-depth knowledge of claim handling procedures
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creativity in resolving challenging business problems
