Responsibilities

  • Provide input during development and implementation phases
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts
  • Consult with business clients
  • Evaluate new IT developments
  • Provide in-depth analyses
  • Supervise day-to-day staff management issues
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made
  • Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
  • Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience
  • Hands on Experience in Finance domain is a Must
  • Experience in Trade Finance and Working Capital Finance domain is a Plus
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
  • Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Effective system documentation maintenance including User Story Mapping, Backlog Prioritization in Jira
  • Should be well-versed in Agile development, JIRA (Epic and Stories) and AI tools
  • Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Working knowledge in writing database queries is Must
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Relationship builder, team player, and results-driven with good interpersonal skills
  • Promotes continuous improvement especially in quality, stability & reliability
  • SAFe Agile POPM certification is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
