Project Engineer

Plains has an immediate opening for a Project Engineer in our Midland, Texas office. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Technical Support, you will focus on project engineering, management, and construction completion, ensuring the successful execution of Plains’ capital investment and capital maintenance programs.

• Assist with small-scale projects and/or sub-teams on larger projects.
• Assist in all aspects of the project management process, including scope development, cost and schedule, contracting strategy, contractor bid and award, procurement, construction, documentation and close-out.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required, Mechanical or Civil focus preferred.
• Pipeline and Terminal project, or operational experience are considered an asset.
• Experience with a pipeline company considered an asset.
