• Lead the branch's sales and distribution efforts
• Implement and execute internal sales processes
• Drive profitable growth opportunities for all segments and products
• Instill a sales culture
• Assist the Atlanta Branch Manager and Business Unit Managers with strategy planning and execution

• Metrics Analysis: YOY Comparison, Key Ratios, Submission Trends and goal comparisons
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic plans, implement programs and processes, organize resources, manage priorities and motivate people
