About the role
Ascension is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Director, Marketing Reporting & Insights to lead the development and delivery of standardized, actionable marketing performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of standardized, actionable marketing performance reporting
- Serve as a key reporting partner to shared services and channel leads (CRM, media, and advertising)
- Deliver executive-ready insights and performance summaries that distill trends, progress to goals, and strategic opportunities
- Support KPI development and metric alignment across Marketing teams to ensure reporting consistency and comparability
- Establish and manage a recurring reporting calendar and stakeholder feedback loop aligned to business planning cycles, QBRs, and key leadership meetings
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
- Strong technical expertise in Tableau, Datorama, GA4, and Salesforce
- Demonstrated experience in attribution modeling, ROI measurement, and incrementality testing
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing data and HIPAA compliance
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
