• Ensure all DNR facilities in the Pacific Cascade Region are maintained in a safe, clean condition and are properly furnished for operational needs.
• Identify and coordinate maintenance and repairs of DNR facilities, including preparing the scope of work and overseeing the compliance of service contracts and limited public works contracts.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a closely related field AND one year of experience in coordinating facility maintenance;
• Experience in facilities management, construction, and/or maintenance.
