About the role

Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans. Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication needs. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications. Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting. Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience working with children, preferably in schools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
