About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver expert nursing care to transplant recipients and patients with complex gastrointestinal and organ-specific conditions.
- Monitor and manage patient health status during night shifts.
- Support other units as required to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated experience in transplant nursing, specifically for liver, kidney, and pancreas.
