Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

A K-12 school in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a qualified Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in managing behavioral challenges and promoting positive outcomes.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Monitor and document student progress related to behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective strategies
• Provide direct one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs
• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and data collection

• Certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
