Responsibilities

  • Assisting nursing department with clerical duties
  • Managing nursing station during resident meals
  • Printing MARS, TARS, and NAC Kardex
  • Completing IT work orders as needed
  • Assisting nursing and NACs with PCC as needed
  • Updating nursing shift notes and schedules for residents' baths and vital signs daily
  • Print and dispersing medication admin audit report daily
  • Completing missing POC documentation audit report daily
  • Completing hospital transfer packets
  • Notifying staff via email of all changes in census beds
  • Stocking all copiers at the end of each shift
  • Changing toners and ordering backups as needed
  • Serving at the secondary backup to staffing coordinator and nursing payroll

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of clerical experience (or equivalent education and experience)
  • Experience with multiple phones, copier, and fax machines; and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office
