Responsibilities
- Assisting nursing department with clerical duties
- Managing nursing station during resident meals
- Printing MARS, TARS, and NAC Kardex
- Completing IT work orders as needed
- Assisting nursing and NACs with PCC as needed
- Updating nursing shift notes and schedules for residents' baths and vital signs daily
- Print and dispersing medication admin audit report daily
- Completing missing POC documentation audit report daily
- Completing hospital transfer packets
- Notifying staff via email of all changes in census beds
- Stocking all copiers at the end of each shift
- Changing toners and ordering backups as needed
- Serving at the secondary backup to staffing coordinator and nursing payroll
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of clerical experience (or equivalent education and experience)
- Experience with multiple phones, copier, and fax machines; and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office
