Speech Therapist Assistant

• Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized treatment plans for students.
• Conduct speech and language screenings and help monitor student progress.
• Provide direct support to students under supervision, facilitating communication skills improvement.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate speech therapy goals within the classroom.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to student services.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant preferred.
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings, supporting speech and language objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain confidentiality.
