About the role
The Deputy Solicitor General will independently handle select litigation and appeals, assist attorneys throughout the AGO with their appeals, provide legal advice on a broad array of legal issues, draft state and federal amicus briefs, and prepare and review Attorney General Opinions and ballot measure materials.
