Regional Project Delivery Manager Warranty & Service Programs H/F

The Regional WSP Program Delivery Manager (f/h) will be responsible for the timely implementation of new insurance programs in EMEA according to AIG processes and standards, providing expert hands-on support to local account managers with the onboarding of new programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, including third party administrators.

• Project Management: you will be owner of the end- to- end management of the project identifying key milestones until the successful project delivery.
• Managing the onboarding & monitoring process of Third-party administrators interacting with multiple internal stakeholders, involving completion of various internal approval processes (financial assessment, security, IT, delegated claims management and complaints process validation, …)
• Providing support to local Account managers, coordinate in collaboration with various functions as operations, claims, underwriting, product development, TPA governance, compliance etc… contributing to delivering the project according to AIG standards including contractual documentation & TPA contracts, data collection from our TPA’s to ensure adequate KPI monitoring.

• Business or Insurance Degree
• At least  5 years Insurance / multinational company experience
• A proven track record of successful project implementation
• Several years of relevant experience in project management - TPA delegated activities experience is an add-on.
