A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to support students in a K-12 school setting in Durham, NC. This contract position spans the current school year, providing essential therapy services to promote students' functional abilities and academic success.

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions aligned with students' educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities.
• Document student progress and update treatment plans according to regulatory and educational standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to enhance student support.

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice.
• Experience working within K-12 educational environments, understanding the unique developmental and functional needs of school-age children.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
• Knowledge of educational regulations and ability to adapt therapy goals to meet academic requirements.
