About the role
Ensures a fluid work environment within the office of the Senior Vice President and the departments they support by performing administrative and office management duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the Senior Vice President and corresponding Executive(s) and department
- Maintains executive(s)’ calendar and makes all necessary arrangements for appointments and travel
- Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies
- Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, presentations, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required
- Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence, taking appropriate actions as necessary
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
