About the role

Ensures a fluid work environment within the office of the Senior Vice President and the departments they support by performing administrative and office management duties. Uses initiative and good judgment; works independently with little supervision and maintains strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Senior Vice President and corresponding Executive(s) and department
  • Maintains executive(s)’ calendar and makes all necessary arrangements for appointments and travel
  • Initiate and follow-up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies
  • Develops and maintains reports (including expense reports), databases, presentations, spreadsheets and/or files as appropriate and required
  • Screens/prioritizes/directs incoming calls and mail/correspondence, taking appropriate actions as necessary
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities
  • Performing other duties as assigned
