School LPN Needed

Soliant in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our school health team.

• Provide direct nursing care and first aid to students and staff as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with state law and school policy.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA.
• Develop, implement, and monitor health care plans for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies, seizures).
• Support communicable disease prevention and control within the school.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to address student health needs.
• Participate in health screenings, immunization compliance checks, and health education activities.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate emergency care procedures.
• Promote student attendance by addressing health-related barriers to learning.

• Current Wisconsin LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license (required).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• Experience in pediatric, community health, or school nursing (preferred).
• Knowledge of public health principles and school health regulations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and families.
