Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft 365 and Copilot experiences.
  • Own and evolve platform capabilities, APIs, and extensibility frameworks to empower both internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with partner and developer ecosystem teams to establish platform requirements, governance models, and onboarding processes.
  • Drive platform scalability, reliability, and security to meet the needs of large-scale customers and partners.
  • Build and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships, providing strategic guidance and resolving complex alignment issues to drive organizational clarity and execution.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of complex product and technical projects, ensuring cohesive user experiences, compliance, and effective resource planning aligned with customer needs.
  • Present in operational and reporting forums, communicating initiative status and building connections across Microsoft to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • 5+ years experience in defining and building, launching, or scaling platforms, productivity, collaboration, or cloud-based products (including APIs and multi-tenant systems).
  • 5+ years demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and align with technical stakeholders, partners, and developer communities.
  • 8+ years excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive decisions.
