About the role
The CFWS Social Service Specialist 3 (SSS3) will perform assessments, deliver services, and conduct inclusive permanency planning for immediate family, extended family, kin, and children
Responsibilities
- Performing visits in unregulated environments to conduct investigations for allegations of abuse and/or neglect
- Assessing the safety of vulnerable children
- Delivering services and conducting inclusive permanency planning for immediate family, extended family, kin, and children
Requirements
- Six (6) years of paid social service experience
- 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Service discipline
- 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Service discipline
- Two (2) years of paid social service experience
- Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, or any degree that includes 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Service discipline
- Master’s degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, or any degree which includes 30 semester or 45 quarter credits in a Social Service discipline
- One (1) year of experience as a Social Service Specialist 2
