Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities across the enterprise to drive strategic market expansion and large scale business transformation.
- Build advanced frameworks and methodologies for the Corporate Strategy team to evaluate market entry, capital planning, and access opportunities across National and Ministry Market settings.
- Support executive leadership in the design and evaluation of strategic growth initiatives including capital project assessments and volume forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational vision.
- Oversee the execution and performance management of growth imperatives while monitoring monthly business performance and progress to plan across all markets.
- Incorporate complex industry and competitive intelligence into strategy design to ensure Ascension remains proactive and resilient within the evolving healthcare landscape.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
