Assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.

• Assesses patients physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Develops and implements patient plan of care
• Promotes the optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient
• Demonstrates competency in various therapeutic/diagnostic interventions

• Associates of Nursing
• Registered Nurse in the state of CO or compact nursing license
• Basic Life Support Cert (BLS) through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
