Licensed Practical Nurse 2, Evening Shift, Full-Time - Permanent Washington Veterans Home

• Prepare, carry out, evaluate, and revise treatment plans for individual residents
• Pass medications and administer, monitor, and record treatments
• Suction patients, administer oxygen, catheterization, irrigation; administer IV solutions, colostomy and trach care
• Maintain gastric feeding tubes and pumps
• Process physician orders
• Assist with routine rehabilitative and maintenance

• Current Washington state practical nurse license or unencumbered practical nurse multistate license
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the English language
• Ability to perform data entry; maintain confidentiality; provide a positive living environment for residents
