About the role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to support our Intelligence Community customers. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of a growing business in the Intelligence Community. Your responsibilities will include establishing, building, and managing the growth of partner programs and pursuits in a high-profile account.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand their mission requirements.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region
  • Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
